Are you someone who believes in the power of dignity, choice and independence? Do you have a heart for helping others live life to the fullest? If so, we’d love to welcome you to our team as a Support Worker.

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in providing both reablement support and longer-term care for individuals at our centre. Your mission? To help people regain or maintain their independence by promoting daily living skills and offering compassionate, person-centred care.

You’ll be supporting individuals in line with their personal support and goal plans—offering not just practical help, but emotional encouragement and genuine connection.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working with people, not for them—empowering individuals to do as much as they can for themselves
Delivering personal care with dignity and respect, including washing, dressing, toileting, and mealtime support
Following individual support plans and updating senior staff to ensure care remains relevant and responsive
Supporting safe mobility and administering prescribed medication in line with best practice
Keeping accurate, detailed records to ensure continuity and quality of care
Being a trusted presence—someone who listens, encourages, and uplifts

What We’re Looking For

A compassionate, respectful approach to care
A commitment to promoting independence and wellbeing
Excellent communication and record-keeping skills
A team player who’s also confident working independently
Experience in care is welcome, but not essential—we provide full training

What You’ll Get in Return

A supportive, inclusive working environment
Ongoing training and development opportunities
The chance to make a real difference in people’s lives, every single day
