Experienced Support Worker

Part time - 21 hours per week

Salary £12.21 per hour

Location LS7 2DR

The role

In our supported living service we support 4 individuals with autism. This is an accredited autism specific service with 2 of the young men being on the spectrum. The other 2 young gentlemen have mild learning disabilities.

We are looking for positive, enthusiastic applicants who have a passion for care, duties include person centred support and enablement, supporting to carry out activities chosen by the individual, household tasks, finances, shopping and to support on vacations.

Advantageous if you had your own transport.

Shifts

Working times would include a variation of day shifts between 5 hrs to 14 hrs, across all days of the week.
Staff would be required to do sleeps as part of their contract.

Previous experience is essential

An enhanced DBS will be required for this role.
