This Team Leader Post will manage a team of Social workers/Social Care Officers to review cases within Adult Social Work across Stirling and Clackmannanshire Council areas.


The Care at Home Review Team is being created within Clackmannanshire & Stirling Health & Social Care Partnership. This is a permanent position, the successful candidate will be employed by Stirling Council and will manage the team reviewing people within Stirling Council and Clackmannanshire Council area who are currently in receipt of care at home services.
