Female Nightshift Support Worker – 35 Hours

Location: Quarriers Village, Bridge of Weir
Service: The Bungalows – Adult Supported Living (QVSLI Phase 2)
Contract Type: Permanent, Nightshift
Hours: 35 hours per week
Pay Rate:

£12.60 per hour (between 9:30pm – 12:00am and 7:00am – 7:30am)

£13.58 per hour (enhanced rate between 12:00am – 7:00am)

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated female support worker to join our established nightshift team within our supported living service in Quarriers Village, Bridge of Weir.

You will be working as part of a team supporting four young women with complex needs who live in individual bungalows. These ladies lead active and engaging lives and are valued members of their community. Your role will be vital in helping them maintain their independence and achieve their personal goals in a person-centred way.

Who You’ll Support

The individuals you will support enjoy structured routines, community involvement, and personalised care. This nightshift role ensures their needs are met throughout the night, offering reassurance and practical support as needed.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential to support occasional transport needs and provide flexibility as required.

Key Requirements

A caring, reliable, and person-centred approach to support

Previous experience in social care is welcome, but not essential – full training provided
