Our 18 year old son has ADHD and ASD , we are looking for PA to encourage and support him to learn basic life skills, taking the bus , going out socially, shopping and cooking basic meals. He will need someone able to communicate with him and a good motivator He is vulnerable and will need to be kept safe at all times and encouraged to make good choices

10 hours holiday to be used flexibly
