Support Living Manager - Make a Difference Every Day

Rochester | £38,500 per annum | Full-time, Permanent


Are you a compassionate and experienced leader in social care who's ready to make a real difference?
Our client is looking for a Support Living Manager to lead a vibrant, person-centred service supporting seven autistic adults in Rochester.



About the Role

As a Support Living Manager, you'll take the lead in delivering high-quality care and empowering both your team and the individuals you support.
You will:




  • Lead and motivate a dedicated team including an Assistant Manager, three Team Leaders, and specialist support staff.




  • Oversee a 24/7 supported living service operating on a 3-week rolling rota.




  • Ensure a safe, inclusive, and person-centred environment where tenants can live fulfilling, independent lives.




  • Build positive relationships with tenants, families, staff, and external professionals.




  • Work collaboratively with the CQC Registered Operations Manager, Senior Management, and Quality & Compliance teams to maintain outstanding standards.





About You

You're a confident, visible leader who thrives in a people-focused environment. You'll bring:




  • 5+ years' experience coaching and developing care teams.




  • Strong knowledge of the Care Act, Health and Social Care Act, and frameworks such as Safeguarding, DoLS, MCA, and Best Interest processes.




  • A Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care (or working towards).




  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with empathy, professionalism, and integrity.
