Role Overview Youll support adults with lots of different needs such as learning disabilities, autism, ABI and mental health Youll support them to flourish in a place they call home. Youll empower the people we support to be ambitious and live fulfilled lives Youll give high-quality support tailored to peoples needs Youll do activities like cooking, art or listening to music. And get out for movie nights and food outings Youll provide personal care including support with continence needs; health and medication needs; handling personal possessions; finances and documents; shopping. Help them to have good levels of personal and environmental hygiene Youll follow our procedures, so we give consistent, safe, and reliable care and support Key Skills and Experience Essential Good general education Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, and a passion to make a difference Commitment to the aims and objectives of the home and of Ivolve Satisfactory Police Check and check against the ISA List (where applicable) A commitment to undertake training and development Desirable RQF Level 2 or above in social care Previous experience within social care setting Knowledge and commitment regarding Equal Opportunities Knowledge of the regulatory frameworks Confident IT user Our Support We go beyond expectations for our colleagues as well as the people we support.
