Are you a looking for a role where you can make a meaningful difference to the lives of others? Dimensions are seeking Female Support Workers to join a team who support adults with learning disabilities who live in their own flats in a complex in the Poundbury area of Dorchester.

Female Support Workers will work with one of the 5 people we support each day. They will support the people we support to do the things they like both in their homes and out and about.

The people we support are happy to meet full or part-time Female Support Workers (shifts are typically 07-30-14.30 or 14.30-21.30).

Dimensions are happy to offer a pay rate of £12.85 - £14.13 per hour for this role.

This role is suited to people who have not worked in support before as we provide all Female Support Workers with full training.

As the people we support have vehicles it is essential that Female Support Workers have a full UK/EU Driving Licence.

Female Support Workers will also have to assist with finances, meal preparation and assist the people we support with personal care.
