We're looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our Care in the Home division, supporting our client a friendly and independent man living with a spinal cord injury and complex health needs in his own home.

This isn't just care, it's about enabling independence and being part of life's experiences from community outings to family holidays (yes, you'll be joining him on trips away, with travel and accommodation fully covered!).


What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting with personal care, medication, and clinical equipment
  • Assisting with moving and handling
  • Driving your client to activities, outings, and appointments (a full clean UK driving licence is essential)
  • Joining family holidays and creating lasting memories together

What you'll have:

  • Kind and caring nature
  • Flexibility & reliability
  • Good communication skills
  • You must commit to working regularly each month to enable continuity of care for our clients
  • A Full Clean UK drivers licence. (An International licence with not meet criteria for insurance purposes)
