Do you have experience working with service users who have a range of mental health needs including substance misuse? Our Manchester mental health supported housing services are looking to take on a motivated and experienced senior member of staff to work in our recovery focussed service in Whalley Range.
We are currently seeking to employ an enthusiastic person who has knowledge and experience in the field of mental health. We require a dynamic, motivated, pro-active and well organised individual who has the ability and skills to successfully lead the co-ordination and management of our supported accommodation services for adults with mental health needs.
You will support service users to develop a range of activities which support their wellbeing and recovery both within the service and in the wider community. You will coproduce support plans with service users and their wider circle of support and look for creative ways to enhance people’s independence and develop new skills and interests.

You will be involved in referral assessments for people referred to the service and will work closely with a range of health and social care professionals in Greater Manchester. The role also involves the management and supervision of a highly motivated staff team, ensuring you are a coach and mentor for the team and support their development and learning.
