Mental Health Support Workers
Location: Liverpool | Salary: £12.30 to £12.60 per hour
Join our team supporting individuals with mental health needs. Provide practical assistance with daily living, including meal preparation and personal care, while fostering independence, confidence, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support service users with personal care and daily tasks
• Encourage participation in community activities
• Apply Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) skills to handle challenging situations
• Record progress and follow care plans
Requirements:
• CPI trained (essential)
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient
• Experience in mental health or supported living desirable
