I live with anxiety and depression.

I am dyslexic and I have four cats.

I am trans female to male and I am on the waiting list for an autism diagnosis. I also have many ADHD traits.

I enjoy gaming, sci-fi, metal and rock music and I am a Manchester United fan.

I regularly volunteer for Health and Social care charity making space Warrington.

Routine and structure help me thrive.

I like to be asked questions, because I want people to understand more about neurodiversity and trans people. It is important that we all understand each other.

Pacing and clicking my fingers are stimming behaviours that you will typically see me do in the room- it helps me regulate

I can get a little stressed when a train/bus is late or my time management been a little off and I've missed it. but I can usually self-regulate, if I can't I'll phone someone to help me.

Support showering and getting dressed

To support me to become more independent and just generally develop skills to do more for myself

Help with budgeting and finances and creating a spending plan to develop healthy spending habits.

Prompting with his personal hygiene if needed

Light cleaning and tidying to maintain the house and managing and maintaining a habitable home environment

To support me on a one-to-one basis.

To support me to maintain and develop daily living skills

To assist me with recreational activities.

To organise and participate in events, activities and experiences which involve me in the local community in a positive manner.

To encourage and enable me to make and maintain relationships with friends and family.
The ability to work on a one-to-one basis.

The ability to work flexibly to ensure continuity of service.

The ability to empower me in reaching my full potential in all aspects of independent daily living.

The ability to communicate effectively with me and to put me at the centre of all you do whilst supporting me.
