The Role

Do you want to work for an award-winning Charity and make a difference to young people's lives in our Warwickshire team?

If you are passionate about helping young people and the challenges they face, then this may be the role for you.

We are looking for a person who has excellent communication skills to work in our young people's accommodation services in Warwickshire. You will need to have a strong people focus, and a creative and innovative approach to working with young people.

The role includes working alongside the young people on their individual goals, carrying out activities and keeping accurate records. You will be responsible for health and safety of the building, managing incidents and ensuring that our young people are safe and supported.
