Lead With Heart Team Leader (Tamworth)

You'll be right there alongside him, sharing memories, joining holidays (with travel and accommodation included), and building a genuine partnership that makes this role truly special.

A full UK driving licence is essential, as you'll help him stay mobile from local outings to road trips that bring joy and freedom.

This is a maternity cover 6-month fixed-term contract (36 hours per week) with the exciting potential to become a permanent member of our team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinating rotas and mentoring your team
  • Providing hands-on support with personal care, medication, and clinical needs
  • Communicating with family members, health professionals, and the Care Manager
  • Sharing everyday moments and extraordinary ones that make a real difference

Hours

  • Contract: 6-month fixed term (36 hours per week)
  • Shifts: Days (8am8pm) and Nights (8pm8am)
  • Weekend availability required
