Your Responsibilities
Mentor, coach, and develop your team
Oversee staff rotas, training, and leave
Carry out monthly audits and compliance checks
Support safe, person-centred environments
Build meaningful connections with families and professionals
Report safeguarding concerns promptly
What we’re looking for:
Strong leadership within health & social care
Organised and proactive approach
Full UK driving licence
NVQ level 5 Health and Social Care
