What does this Support Worker job involve?

Hours of Work:37.5 Hours Per Week - Various Shifts Available Between 07:00 - 22:00

As a Support Worker, you will be at the heart of helping individuals with learning disabilities live independently, confidently, and with dignity. Your role will include:

• Creating and implementing personalised support plans
• Promoting life skills such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
• Providing personal care with sensitivity and respect
• Supporting individuals to attend appointments and engage in meaningful activities
• Mentoring new staff and contributing to a positive team culture
• Encouraging aspirations and helping people achieve their goals

This role includes one sleep-in shift per week, with an additional allowance of £52.78 per sleep-in.
