We’re looking for positive, confident, caring weekend staff to support vulnerable adults in their homes and out in the community—helping them access hobbies, interests, and the life they want to lead.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Supporting adults with a range of needs in their own homes
• Taking clients out into the community—cafés, parks, bowling, shopping, clubs, events, day trips
• Encouraging independence, building skills, and making activities enjoyable
• Being a reliable, friendly presence on weekends
What We’re Looking For
• Weekend availability (flexible hours!)
• Kindness, energy, and a genuine passion for supporting people
• Great communication and a willingness to learn
• No experience? No problem—we provide full training!
