Female Support Worker - New Milton (BH25)

Full & Part-Time | £14.23 per hour | 22.5-37.5 hours per week

Shift Patterns: mixture of earlies/lates/long days and sleep ins

We're Dimensions, one of the UK's largest not-for-profit organisations supporting people with learning disabilities and autism. Right now, we're looking for compassionate, upbeat individuals to join our amazing team in New Milton.

About the Role: You'll be supporting a vibrant and friendly 34-year-old woman with a big heart and lots of personality. She's looking for someone chatty and positive to join her in everyday life. Her world includes:

-

Wandering the aisles of WHSmith, The Range, and Waterstones (she's a stationery enthusiast!)

-

Crafting, playing board games, and bingeing on Disney movies and musicals

-

Exploring calligraphy, learning to crochet, and dreaming of a future working with dogs

You'll be helping her lead a life that's rich with the activities she loves and the goals she sets. If you're kind, patient, and can bring some sunshine into her day, you'll fit right in.

Gender is considered to be a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010. In this context, "gender" refers to the sex legally assigned to an individual.

What We Offer:

- Flexible shift patterns to suit your lifestyle

- Fantastic training and development opportunities

- A truly supportive team and inspiring workplace culture

- The chance to make a real difference in someone's life every single day

We're all about values: We believe in helping people live the lives they choose—filled with joy, independence, and purpose. If that speaks to you, we'd love to hear your story. Come join a team that puts people first.
