As a Rapid Responder, you will:

  • Support the start-up and stabilisation of new complex care packages across the UK
  • Assist Care Managers and clinical teams with safe and efficient hospital discharges
  • Step in where needed to provide continuity, stability, and reassurance to clients and their families
  • Mentor new Support Workers, role-modelling best practice and safe, effective care
  • Deliver personal care and daily living support tailored to each client
  • Establish routines, organise essential supplies, and manage prescriptions or consumables when required
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism and clear communication at all times

What Makes This Role Unique

Flexibility is key. You may:

  • Work live-in shifts for consistencysometimes up to 3+ weeks at a time
  • Work live-out depending on client needs (accommodation may be provided depending on location)
  • Travel across the UK to help launch new care packages
  • Work occasional unsociable hours based on client requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Full UK Drivers Licence
  • Proven experience in carecomplex care experience highly desirable
  • A self-motivated, organised, and flexible approach
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries
  • Willingness to travel and stay in different locations as needed
  • Experience supporting clients with hospital discharges (desirable)
  • Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care qualification (desirable)
