Summary:
We are seeking motivated and reliable Waking Night Support Workers to support adults in residential care settings. You will remain awake throughout the night to ensure safety, provide reassurance, and maintain a calm, settled environment.
Duties include:
Monitoring the wellbeing of vulnerable adults overnight
Responding to night-time needs
Promoting comfort and routine
Completing domestic tasks
Accurate recording of observations and events
Providing person-centred, professional support
