To succeed, you’ll need:
At least 6 months UK paid Care Experience

Assist individuals with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans.
Monitor clients’ health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with team members.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.
