Full-Time Support Worker Opportunity (37.5 hours per week)

Location: Bishopstoke (Eastleigh)

Supporting: 3 gentlemen with learning disabilities and autism

About the Role:

Dimensions is dedicated to providing life-changing support to people with learning disabilities and autism across England and Wales. We are now looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Bishopstoke.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting 3 individuals with their daily routines, interests, and personal goals

-

Accompanying one gentleman to and from college on the days he attends

-

Encouraging and joining in with fun activities and days out

-

Helping each person live as independently as possible while celebrating their unique personalities

What We're Looking For

We want active, motivated people who:

Enjoy challenges and can think on their feet

Bring creativity and positivity to everyday situations

Are flexible and willing to work weekends and complete at least one sleep-in per week

Shift Patterns

A mix of earlies, lates, and sleep-ins

-

Rotas provided 4 weeks in advance for work-life balance
