Do you enjoy empowering others, making a real difference, and helping people build positive futures?

We’re seeking a dedicated and professional Support Worker to join our team. You’ll provide person-centred support to adults (18+) with complex needs, including homelessness, isolation, mental health challenges, substance use, and offending histories.

In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with clients to develop tailored support plans that promote independence, wellbeing, and positive life changes, ultimately helping individuals move forward into stable and independent living.

• A proactive team player who’s comfortable working independently and managing a caseload.
