What You’ll Need



  • Experience working as a Registered Home Manager within a care home setting.

  • Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification or Nurse qualification.

  • A valid driver’s licence and access to a car.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Passion for high-quality older adults care, dementia care, and palliative support.



  • A track record of improving quality ratings or achieving strong regulatory outcomes.

  • Lead the overall management of the nursing home, ensuring exceptional care.

  • Drive compliance, quality, and continuous improvement to meet and exceed regulatory standards.

  • Support, mentor, and develop staff teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, professionals, and the wider community.

  • Oversee budgets, resources, and operational performance to maintain a safe, effective, and welcoming environment.

  • Ensure the home offers consistently high standards across older adults, dementia, palliative, and nursing care.
