Young Persons Support Worker

Responsibilities of the Young Persons Support Worker include:
- Supporting a small caseload of young people with complex needs
- Completing assessments, support plans, and risk management
- Promoting access to education, training, and employment
- Working closely with multi-agency partners
- Responding to safeguarding and emergency concerns
About You:
- Experience supporting young people or adults with complex needs
- Confident with boundaries, behaviour management, and safeguarding
- Strong communication and engagement skills
- Flexible approach to working on a rota basis
