Nursing Home Manager – Beautiful Elderly Care Home | Up to £70,000 + Bonus

What We’re Looking For



  • Nurse-qualified (RGN or RMN) with active NMC pin

  • Proven experience as a Registered Home Manager within a large nursing home

  • Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills

  • Management qualification highly desirable (e.g., Level 5 Health & Social Care Management, Manager’s Award)

  • Solid understanding of CQC requirements and evidence of achieving good outcomes

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and inspire a large nursing home team across nursing, dementia and residential care services

  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and drive continuous service improvement

  • Oversee staffing, budgeting, and operational performance
