ABOUT THE ROLE As part of your day-to-day work, youll visit homes across your region to review quality standards, identify areas for improvement, and produce detailed reports that give a clear picture of performance. Your reports will not only highlight whats working well but also provide actionable steps to ensure every home meets the highest standards. Youll work closely with operational and quality teams, supporting them to implement changes and achieve excellence. By spotting trends and sharing insights with senior leaders, youll play a key role in shaping continuous improvement across the business.
