We are looking for one more enthusiastic and organised individual to join our highly motivated team as a Response Coordinator. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality support to people in the community.

Job Purpose

As a Response Coordinator, you will:

Plan and implement weekly work schedules for a large team of community support workers.
Liaise with the people we support, staff, and professionals to ensure care is delivered effectively and compassionately.
Provide administrative support within the office, including handling calls and maintaining clear communication across the service.
Occasionally undertake direct care duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who:

Is reliable, responsible, and self-motivated.
Has strong IT skills, including experience with electronic rostering systems or Excel.
Can communicate clearly and empathetically with individuals and teams.
Has a good understanding of health and safety procedures.
Is literate and numerate, with practical experience in a relevant work environment.
Holds a full UK driving licence.

Desirable Skills

Ability to explain technical or legislative information with clarity.
Experience in managing schedules and responding to service needs flexibly.
Knowledge of ICT systems and accurate record-keeping.
