Care Home Manager – Brand New Luxury Residential Home – Up to £70,000



This role is for an experienced Care Home Manager ready to lead something special from day one. You’ll take charge of a brand-new luxury residential care home, with the backing, resources, and autonomy to build an outstanding service.

What You’ll Need



  • Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) (highly desirable) or Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care.

  • Proven experience as a Care Home Manager within residential or nursing care.

  • Strong working knowledge of CQC standards with a track record of achieving high inspection outcomes.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Demonstrated commercial and marketing experience within the private care sector.



  • Experience opening or developing a new care service (Desirable)

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional resident care.

  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, driving standards towards Outstanding ratings.

  • Manage occupancy, budgets, and commercial performance.

  • Develop strong relationships with families, professionals, commissioners, and external partners.

  • Promote the home locally to establish a strong reputation within the community.
