**The role**
Were looking for a Registered Nurse to join our day team, working 36 hours per week.
Youll play a key clinical role on shift, delivering person-centred nursing care while supporting and guiding care colleagues. Youll have the trust and autonomy to lead with confidence, backed by a supportive management team and a stable, experienced staff group.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering high-quality, compassionate nursing care
* Completing clinical assessments and personalised care plans
* Leading by example and supporting colleagues on shift
* Ensuring care meets CQC standards and best practice
* Building positive relationships with residents and families
**About you**
Youll be a Registered Nurse who values people as much as process.
Youll bring:
* At least 1 years experience as a Registered Nurse
* Experience working with older people in a social care or healthcare setting
* A good understanding of CQC standards
* Confidence to lead, organise and make sound clinical decisions
* Strong communication and basic IT skills
* A flexible, team-focused approach
