What You’ll Bring

- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care, with hands-on experience in applying knowledge
- Genuine care and empathy, noticing the little things that make a real difference to each resident
- Confidence to guide and support colleagues, helping the team deliver consistently excellent care
- Calm, clear communication that builds trust with residents, families and the team
- Positive, flexible attitude, ready to step in and help wherever it’s needed
- Strong attention to detail, spotting changes and taking timely action to ensure residents’ comfort and wellbeing

As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting both residents and your colleagues. Working closely with the Team Leader, you’ll demonstrate a positive approach to care and guide colleagues so everyone delivers consistent, person-centred support. Every day, you’ll make a real difference, helping residents enjoy comfort, dignity and moments of joy, while fostering a confident, supported team.
