This will include, but not limited to:Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care planOffering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygieneMaintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidentsPromoting dignity, choice and inclusionWorking collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day dutiesMaintaining a safe, happy, and caring environmentNo experience required - Your values and behaviours matter more than your background.
