Cygnet Group are looking for an outstanding Bank Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care to join our team at Morgan House.

You’ll have the opportunity to work bank shifts at Morgan House.

Morgan House is a new residential service, located in Stoke-on-Trent, for five people who are ready to live more independently in the community. It offers a safe, comfortable, homely setting to provide a therapeutic environment that empowers residents to meet personal goals and live fulfilling lives.

At Morgan House, we will concentrate on community-based activities with the residents, such as the use of public transport, shopping, accessing community groups, education and vocational therapy, job placements, work experience, and development of hobbies and interests.

Your day-to-day…

  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
  • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
  • Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
  • Assist with medical & welfare needs
  • Report on medical & welfare needs as required
  • Safeguard
  • Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
