Care/Support Workers (Beckenham South East)
My name is Simon I am 37 years old living with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. I live at home
with my parents and two cats I am on 24/7 Ventilation (NIV). I spend most of my time in bed.
I have a wheelchair, so sometimes will need to be hoisted. I would like someone who is similar
in age or younger and is caring and engaging Duties will include Peg feeding Suction
Ventilation care Personal care Light cleaning I like to have daily activities like playing games
on PC and PS5 or building lego and playing board games i also like listening to music and
watching movies So I would like to have someone with similar interests.
Some experience will be needed, good rates of pay, holiday allowance and sick pay. Must
currently live in the UK.
You will need to be punctual, reliable and be flexible with your working hours. You will also
need to be able to cover each others shifts on annual leave and sick leave. This is not a live in
position
Shifts are:
9:15am 2:15pm
12:45pm 9:45pm
9pm 7am This Is A Waking Night
Day Shifts £15.75 Per Hour - Night Shifts £155.00 Per Night. . Pay Is every four weeks.
You will also need to undertake appropriate training for this role, which can be provided. Also
this is an employed position.
The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS and proof of entitlement to work
in the UK
