I am a forty-year-old man living in my own property in Horam and I have a mild learning disability and a diagnosis of autism. I am looking for a self-employed support worker for 4 hours per week to support me to access my local community and put in place a routine that I can build on. I would like prompts and support with all aspects of daily living including shopping, daily living tasks, prompts to complete personal hygiene and help with building a healthier daily routine. I will also require support to attend any appointments I may have. I have a very supportive family, and my mum comes to stay with me for a couple of weeks per month, but I can become depressed when she leaves. If you think you can help, please contact me.

- I do not have pets of my own but my near neighbour has two dogs that you may run into from time to time.
