As our Registered Manager for the Brighton & Hove Home Care Service, youll take the lead in creating a safe, responsive, and personcentred service.Youll guide and motivate your team, build strong relationships with clients and professionals, and ensure the highest standards of care and compliance. What your role will involve Youll be the driving force behind service quality, team development, and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring clients understand their care options and receive support that promotes dignity, choice, and independence Reviewing and adapting care plans to meet changing physical and mental health needs Working closely with clients, families, staff, health professionals, and social workers to deliver seamless, personalised care Leading on audits, quality checks, and rapid action plans to maintain high standards Ensuring robust risk assessments are in place to protect clients and staff Recruiting, training, supporting, and developing your team Managing performance and staffing levels to ensure safe, consistent service delivery Investigating safeguarding concerns or complaints and ensuring all required notifications are completed What youll bring At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK QCF Level 4 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it) Strong knowledge of home care, CQC requirements, and service management Proven leadership skills and experience supporting vulnerable people Previous registration in a home care service (desirable) Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle What youll enjoy Up to £40,000 per year Refer a friend bonus up to £1,000* Excellent career development and fully funded training to Level 5 Blue Light discount package Company pension & ondemand pay A friendly branch five minutes from the beach A cosy staff room with complimentary drinks and snacks About Agincare Were a family run business thats been caring and supporting people since 1986.
