Support Worker - Bath (BA1)

Full Time - 37.5 hours per week
£13.04 per hour + £50 per sleep-in shift
Driver Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence (Auto-friendly) - must be comfortable driving a mobility vehicle (no larger than a 4x4)

About the role

We're looking for an energetic, positive and proactive Support Worker to join our welcoming team in BA1. You'll support four adults in their 40s—three women and one man—with learning disabilities, profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD), and well-managed epilepsy.

This is an active, engaging home where every day offers opportunities to build meaningful connections, support independence and create joyful moments.

Who you will be supporting

You'll support individuals who enjoy busy, fulfilling lifestyles and love being part of their community. Each person has unique needs, strengths and interests, and your support will help them live safely, confidently and with dignity.

Support includes:

- 1:1 and 2:1 support

- Core shared support depending on activities and routines

- Personal care

- Hoist use for three people

- Wheelchair support - all four individuals

- Support with eating and meal preparation

- Medication administration

Shift patterns

This is a 37.5-hour role worked across a variety of shifts, including sleep-ins:

- 7:00am - 3:00pm

- 3:00pm - 10:00pm

- 10:00am - 10:00am (next day) - includes sleep-in

- Sleep-in: 10:00pm - 7:00am (£50 paid to sleep)

Rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.
