We are recruiting 2 full‑time Support Workers (39 hours per week) to join our dedicated team in one of our cottages in Quarrier Village, providing high‑quality support to adults with complex needs.

Quarrier Village Supported Living Service (Phase 2) is looking for compassionate and skilled Support Workers who can build strong, positive relationships and create a safe, nurturing, person‑centred environment.
You will support adults with a range of complex needs, helping them live as independently as possible and enabling them to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives within their home and community.

Working pattern
We are offering two full‑time contracts of 39 hours per week.
Shifts may include:
- Early shifts
- Late shifts
- Evenings
- Weekends
- Sleepovers
Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the people living in the cottage.
What you’ll bring
- A full, valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential due to mobility needs and village layout)
