JOB TITLE: Support Workers
LOCATION: Manchester
CONTRACT: Zero hours
SHIFT PATTERN: as per business needs

PAY RATE: £12.60 per hour

As a Support Workers at Scoutquest you will play a vital role in maintaining a good relationship with the client and safe environment for our clients. We are committed to delivering facility solutions that are customized for the distinct needs of every site, and as a Support Worker, you play a crucial role in making this happen.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist clients with practical, daily living tasks to develop their independence, helping them to achieve the goals, aspirations and outcomes documented in their support plans.
• Helping customers with daily living activities such as making meals, shopping and budgeting,
• Carrying out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews.

• Assist in supporting individuals in designing and developing their support/ care plans and reviews, and to contribute to the monitoring of individuals progress and report any issues to the appropriate personnel
• Always adhere to health and safety policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
