You will provide high-quality, person-centred support tailored to complex care needs, promoting comfort, dignity, and quality of life. This role requires experience, empathy, and a calm, professional approach.

Flexibility will be required once the care package is finalised

Essential Requirements
Experience in complex care or supporting individuals with high-level needs
Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (essential)
Up-to-date Manual Handling certificate (essential)
Relevant training (e.g. care certificate, moving & handling, PEG, epilepsy, or similar – depending on needs)
Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Right to work in the UK
