Titan Healthcare Solutions is recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to support a gentleman with severe autism in the Penzance area, down towards Hayle.
Role Overview
You will provide consistent, person-centred support in a calm and structured environment, promoting safety, independence, and quality of life. This role requires patience, understanding, and a genuine passion for supporting individuals with complex needs.
Shift Patterns Available
Nights: 10:00pm – 7:00am
Mids: 12:00pm – 5:00pm
Long Days: 7:00am – 10:00pm
Flexibility across shifts is preferred.

Essential Requirements
Experience supporting individuals with severe autism or complex needs
Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (essential)
Up-to-date Manual Handling certificate (essential)
Relevant training (e.g. autism awareness, PBS, or similar)
Calm, reliable, and patient approach
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Right to work in the UK
