Person-Centred Job Opportunity: Support Worker (Full or Part Time)

Location: Aldershot(GU12) - Requirement: Full UK Manual Driving Licence (You'll need to be confident driving both manual cars and a manual minibus.)

Who You'll Support

You'll be part of a warm, dedicated team supporting three gentlemen and three ladies with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. Each person has their own personality, preferences, and goals — and your role is to help them live a life that feels fulfilling, connected, and uniquely theirs.

What Your Day May Look Like

You'll be offering support that is meaningful, respectful, and centered around each person's choices. This includes:

- Swimming and other physical activities

- Sensory experiences tailored to individual needs

- Intensive interaction to build communication and connection

- Community access, from local walks to visiting places of interest

- Supporting people to enjoy hobbies, explore new opportunities, and build confidence

Daily Living Support

- Assisting with personal care in a dignified, person-led way

- Supporting with medication and health-related routines

- Helping with daily living tasks to promote independence

- Moving and handling using safe, respectful techniques
