We are currently recruiting for an experienced Support Worker to work for our client in Yorkshire and surrounding areas

As a Support Workers, you will play a vital role in maintaining a good relationship with the client and safe environment for our clients. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure that our facilities meet and exceed expectations. We are committed to delivering facility solutions that are customized for the distinct needs of every site, and as a Support Worker, you play a crucial role in making this happen.

Responsibilities of a Support Worker:
• Assist clients with practical, daily living tasks to develop their independence, helping them to achieve the goals, aspirations and outcomes documented in their support plans.
• Helping customers with daily living activities such as making meals, shopping and budgeting,
• Carrying out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews.
• Assist in supporting individuals in designing and developing their support/ care plans and reviews, and to contribute to the monitoring of individuals progress and report any issues to the appropriate personnel
• Always adhere to health and safety policies and procedures
Working hours: Various shift patterns

07:00am – 19:00pm

19:00pm – 07:00am

Requirements of a Support Worker:
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
