We're excited to be recruiting for a Supported Housing Officer to join our Client in Chiswick.
Salary: £29,235.65
Hours: 40 per week (on a rota including evenings and weekends)
Start Date: ASAP
Are you passionate about supporting people to build brighter, more independent futures? We're currently recruiting a Supported Housing Officer to join our client's team in Chiswick.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference by delivering housing management and tailored support to residents, helping them sustain tenancies, improve their wellbeing, and move towards independence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 31 caseload of residents - complete assessments and develop individual support plans

  • Monitor rent accounts and intervene early to prevent arrears

  • Maximise occupancy through referrals, assessments, and managing move-ins

  • Promote tenancy compliance and respond to anti-social behaviour

  • Conduct regular welfare and wellbeing checks

  • Support residents in accessing education, training, volunteering, and employment


What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with vulnerable people (in housing, advice, or social care)

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Empathetic, resilient, and confident in challenging situations

  • Flexible and willing to work shifts, including evenings and weekends


Weekend



  • Once a month only.

  • Staff can choose which hours they prefer for that weekend: 08:00-16:00 or 09:00-17:00.


Weekdays (on rotation):



  • Week 1: 08:00-16:00

  • Week 2: 09:00-17:00

  • Week 3: 12:00-20:00
