I am young lady in my early 40s, I am a loving mum of 4 but have some health conditions that impact my day to day living. I have some mental health issues which I am currently being supported with.

I am originally from Wales and have lived in Eastbourne since 2017, I have settled in well and enjoy living here but regard Wales as “home”.

I suffer from back and leg pain and this impacts household tasks which means I must take regular breaks from the task at hand.

I am looking for a self-employed support worker to help me to access the community for appointments and support groups. I would like help with letters and paperwork, but above all I would like to build new relationships to help me build my confidence.

Duties include:

- Housekeeping
- Shopping
- Cooking
- Transportation
- Companionship
- Looking after pets

Candidate qualities:
- Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality
- Able to tolerate the employer smoking in the workplace
- Reliable with good timekeeping
- Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative
- Hygienic, tidy and well organised
- Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
- Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Honest and cheerful
- Able to speak and read English to a reasonable standard
- Must be comfortable with pets
- Able to always work to high standards of health & safety
- Happy to work in a smoking environment
