What You’ll Do
• Support individuals with daily living tasks: personal care, meal prep, and household routines
• Encourage community involvement and social activities
• Assist with medication, finances, and daily schedules
• Manage challenging behaviour with empathy, patience, and professionalism
• Build trusting, person-centred relationships that empower those you support
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum of 3 months’ experience in a support role
• Experience supporting people with complex needs or challenging behaviour
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and a variety of shifts
• Enhanced DBS certificate (or willing to obtain)
