Come and join our amazing team.

We’re excited to offer a £250 welcome bonus to new Support Workers who join us on a minimum 21‑hour contract. Become part of a supportive, rewarding workplace — and once you successfully complete your probationary period your £250 bonus will be paid to you as a thankyou for choosing to work for us. (Applies to any candidate offered a post in Duns before 5 April 2026, subject to tax and NI deductions)

Some of the people you will support have their own cars, therefore to enable them to enjoy the wider community a valid diving licence would be an advantage.
