Salary: £12.25 – £12.45 per hour + Paid Training + Fantastic Employee Benefits
Hours: Full Time – up to 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Days

Shift Times:
When the individual is not at college:

07:00 – 22:00 (long day)

07:00 – 14:30

14:30 – 22:00

When attending college:

07:00 – 10:00

16:00 – 22:00

Please note: These shift times are very specific to the needs of the service user and must be worked as outlined above. Flexibility is essential for this role.

We are currently recruiting a Male Day Support Worker to join our specialist team at Warwick Manor in Bedford.

This role involves supporting a young man with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will provide structured daytime support, including personal care, emotional support, and helping him develop independence and life skills.

On college days, you will support with morning routines and preparation before college, and again in the afternoon and evening once he returns. On non-college days, you will provide consistent day support across the full shift.

Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge is essential for this role.
