We'd like you to join us as a Senior Support Worker at our service Woodland Court based in Caterham.

What you'll be working:

Your hours are based on a rota working every other weekend.

  • Full time hours
  • 42 hours per week
  • Working dayshifts.

What you'll be doing:

  • Smooth day to day running of the services
  • Staff Management
  • Record Keeping
  • Data Entry
  • Support Worker duties at times to support the team

What you'll have:

  • Desirable; Minimum of 1 years` experience in the Health and Social care sector
  • Desirable; Level 3 NVQ or QCF Diploma in Health & Social Care or be willing to work towards
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Great Communication Skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.
  • Great leadership skills.
