We are looking for compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to support residents in care homes across the Bristol area.

Unlike traditional agencies, you will be able to choose the shifts that suit you, set your availability, and work at care homes that need support.

This role is ideal for HCAs who want flexibility, control over their schedule, and the opportunity to earn more per shift.

Typical duties include:
• Supporting residents with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Assisting with mobility and daily activities
• Helping residents with meals and hydration
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Working alongside nurses and senior carers
• Ensuring residents are safe, comfortable, and treated with dignity

What we’re looking for
